Free Tax Resources
Cleveland Public Library Receives:
- Federal Form 1040 in Spanish and Form 1040 for Seniors (SR) in Spanish and Instructions in Spanish available at these branches:
- Ohio 1040 Forms (limited number available at all branches except East 131, Fleet, Memorial-Nottingham, and Union)
- CCA forms
Cleveland Public Library is not receiving:
- Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA) forms
- Ohio 1040 Instructions (Now must be requested directly)
