History & Architecture
Cleveland Public Library obtained the Villa Angela Academy site in 1991 and renovated the space, which now houses the Memorial-Nottingham Branch and other Cleveland Public Library services. Richard Fleischman Architects were selected to reconfigure this 15,625-square-foot high school building into library facilities. Memorial-Nottingham Branch is located on Lake Shore Boulevard in the Collinwood neighborhood. The branch’s famous neighbors include the Euclid Beach Park and Wildwood Park.
