About Rockport
The Rockport campus offers DVD and book borrowing, free WiFi and public computers with Internet access. Printing, copying, scanning, and faxing services are available.
History & Architecture
The Rockport branch originally opened in 1964. The 9,200 square foot building was designed by the architects Hargett-Hoag Associates. The branch was composed of brick and stone, with a steel structure and a large front window. The reimagined Rockport Campus opened on June 22, 2024. The 11,185 square foot building was designed by CBLH Design architects. The campus features four meeting rooms, and a living plant wall.

- The Rockport Campus is the site of the Best Buy Teen Tech Center, which opened in Fall 2018 with the support of a special project grant.
- The center complements the Library’s ongoing work with digital literacy, hands-on learning, STEM education, and civic engagement.
