Branch Locations
Main Library
The Main Library campus in downtown Cleveland consists of the historic Main Library building, built in 1925, and renovated in 1999; the Louis Stokes Wing completed in 1997; and the Eastman Reading Garden located between the two buildings
Ohio Library for the Blind & Print Disabled
In partnership with the State Library of Ohio Talking Book Program, the Ohio Library for the Blind and Print Disabled (OLBPD) operates as the Regional Library for the National Library Service (NLS) for the Blind and Print Disabled of the Library of Congress.
Addison
This one-story contemporary building of brick and steel was designed by Cleveland architect Stephen J. Bucchieri, who also designed the Cleveland Museum of Art’s indoor garden and Cambridge University’s medieval bookshelves.
Brooklyn
Located on Pearl and Mapledale, Brooklyn serves Cleveland's historic Brooklyn Center neighborhood. Large community space with cafe seating.
Carnegie West
Carnegie West is the oldest library building in the Cleveland Public Library system, opened in 1910 and financed in large part by Andrew Carnegie.
Collinwood
About The Collinwood Branch is located within close proximity to the Fifth District Cleveland Police Station and a United States Post Office. East 131
This gorgeous, historic branch is 14,100 square feet and is located in Cleveland’s Corlett neighborhood.
Eastman
The Eastman Branch is located in the Westown neighborhood on the west side of Cleveland, approximately ten minutes from downtown Cleveland.
Fleet
The Fleet Branch is located in Slavic Village and offers free wifi, public computers with Internet access, and a cell phone charging station.
Fulton
The Fulton Branch is located in the heart of the Clark-Fulton community where diversity is welcome.
Garden Valley
At 3,517 square feet, Garden Valley is one of Cleveland Public Library’s smallest branches. Garden Valley offers free wifi and public computers with Internet access.
Glenville
The Glenville Branch is located in the heart of the Glenville community with an anticipated reopening in Summer 2025.
Harvard-Lee
The Harvard-Lee Branch is conveniently located in the shopping plaza at the intersection of Harvard Avenue and Lee Road.
Hough
The Hough Branch is a busy neighborhood library with three schools in its immediate service area. The patron population is diverse, and both its youth and adult collections reflect the needs and tastes of the community.
Langston Hughes
The Langston Hughes Branch is located minutes from the main campuses of the Cleveland Clinic and University Hospital, the Western Reserve Historical Society, the VA Medical Center-Louis Stokes, the Cleveland Museum of Art, and Case Western Reserve University.
Lorain
As the ninth branch in the Cleveland Public Library system and one of many Cleveland Public Library branches built with funds from Andrew Carnegie, this Detroit-Shoreway neighborhood branch opened in 1912.
Martin L. King, Jr.
Located in University Circle, the Martin Luther King, Jr. campus serves a diverse community and is a key partner with various cultural and civic organizations.
Memorial-Nottingham
Memorial-Nottingham Branch is located on Lake Shore Boulevard in the Collinwood neighborhood. The branch’s famous neighbors include the Euclid Beach Park and Wildwood Park.
Mt. Pleasant
The Mt. Pleasant Branch offers free wifi and public computers with Internet access.
Public Administration Library
The Public Administration Library (PAL) is a department of Cleveland Public Library located in City Hall. PAL is the official depository of all city publications and reports, and houses the most complete collection of material on Cleveland city government available anywhere.
Rice
Located in the Buckeye-Larchmere neighborhood near Shaker Square, the Rice Branch is surrounded by an active arts community.
Rockport
The Rockport campus offers DVD and book borrowing, free WiFi and public computers with Internet access. Printing, copying, scanning, and faxing services are available.
South
The South Campus is in the western end of the Scranton Road Historical District of the Tremont neighborhood on the west side of Cleveland.
South Brooklyn
South Brooklyn offers free wifi and public computers with Internet access. Printing, copying, scanning, and faxing services are available for a fee. Parking is free.
Sterling
Sterling Branch is conveniently located in the vibrant Central neighborhood near the St. Vincent Charity Medical Center and Asia Plaza.
West Park
West Park is the westernmost campus in the Library's system and serves Kamm's Corner and the greater West Park neighborhood.
Woodland
The Woodland Branch offers free wifi and public computers with Internet access.
