Statement from Trustee Thomas D. Corrigan

On September 19, during a discussion of the issues of obtaining better compliance with the return of the HotSpot internet-accessibility devices, I made an insensitive remark about the capacity of such small electronic devices to be weaponized. I immediately apologized for the poor taste of such a comment, and I continue to regret any offense that my remarks might have caused anyone who heard or does hear about them.
